I want to tell you about someone who has inspired me and helped me quite a bit over the last couple of months. His name is Otis Collier. Let me post a little about this man from his own website:
About
Otis Collier is a seasoned Certified Internet Recruitment Trainer with hands on experience in the areas of internet and diversity recruiting, candidate sourcing, and core recruitment skills training. He has over fifteen years of experience with military and civilian recruiting and is considered one of the country’s top experts in e-recruiting.
Mr. Collier has traveled across the United States teaching well over 5,000 recruiters the art of passive candidate mining via the web. He is the previous Director of Corporate Training for the well known recruitment solutions company, AIRS.
Mr. Collier along with business partner, Devon Williams, started Black Greek Network in 2001 after realizing there was a shortage of positive news about Black Greeks in the community. This community has grown to receive thousands of page views each month.
In 2003, Otis served one year tenure as a contributing columnist for the Tennessee Tribune, the oldest black newspaper in the state of Tennessee. In 2005 he was a calendar model for a project called, “When I Grow Up I Want To Be”. The goal of this project was to give Chicago inner city male students inspiration and awareness of other occupations held by black males besides sports and entertainment.
Mr. Collier has consulted with clients on a wide variety of corporate recruiting issues. His services include training, recruiting, and sourcing. He is also the author of an e-book titled, “You Don’t Know SQUAT About Job Hunting“. Mr. Collier’s professional clientele list includes Starbucks, Indy Mac Bank, Northrop Grumman, Citibank, Abbott Laboratories, Google, and Microsoft.
Recently, Otis accepted a position with Wachovia Corporation as the Assistant Vice President of Training and Development for the company’s entire recruitment and staffing division. He is also the Director of Entrepreneurship and Professional Development at Kingdom Builders Christian Center in Norcross, Georgia.
Otis has interests in business, marketing, training, and personal development. He enjoys experimenting with new technology and applying it to practical real life applications. He currently spends his spare time mentoring and coaching business professionals on how to become recognized experts in their field of work.

I have learned so much from this man and he shared with me all this information for FREE. This man is a Genuine Gentlemen. He produces video on how to make money and gives this information away for FREE. He is unlike any other Guru on the net today. He believes that there is so much money out there on the net that it should be shared with all and if he can help someone learn how to make money, help someone out who needs help or just be there to support others in their endeavors, then he is HAPPY to do so.
Otis Collier knows that there is room for everyone and he does not have to go around stabbing people in the back to make it. Through his own Perseverance, Hard work and Belief in what he is doing, he will succeed in all his endeavors. And sharing this information on how he did it will not hurt him but help him and others in the long run.
I personally knew nothing about this “Affiliate Marketing” whether it was through video, blogs, articles or any other kind of marketing genre on how to promote my Niche, product or pay-per-click website until my wife introduce me to the money making articles and Otis Colliers videos. I have watched all the videos that Otis has put out and have been blown away at the”Value” of his teachings. He is straight up with you, to the point, very well versed in explaining how things work in simple, easy to follow videos.
Myself and Otis are now building a professional as well as a personal relationship and I know through his determination and my own that there will be nothing that will stop us from being successful in all of our ventures and goals that we set for ourselves.
